What We Collect

All In collects only what's needed to run the app:

Account info — your email address and display name (from Google or email sign-up)
Profile data — optional avatar, username, and payment handles (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay) you choose to add
Session data — poker session results (buy-ins, final stacks, earnings) you record in the app
Location names — text labels for where poker nights are held (e.g., "Connor's House")
Push notification tokens — if you enable push notifications, a device token is stored to deliver them
Usage data — basic app activity (joining groups, logging sessions) for the activity feed

How We Use It

Display standings, statistics, and session history to your group
Send push notifications about sessions, results, and group activity
Process subscription payments via Stripe
Identify you within your poker group

Third-Party Services

Supabase — database and authentication. Data is stored in the US. supabase.com/privacy
Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth. policies.google.com/privacy
Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. We never see your card details. stripe.com/privacy
Cloudflare — app hosting and push notification delivery. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Your session data is only visible to members of your poker group.

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. Deletion removes your profile information and anonymizes your historical records.

Your Rights

Access — You can export your session history as CSV from the app (premium feature)
Deletion — Delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account
Correction — Update your profile information at any time in the app

Children

All In is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
