What All In Is

All In is a poker night tracking app for friend groups. It records buy-ins, final stacks, and standings. It is not a gambling platform and does not facilitate real-money wagering.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use All In. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others
• You may only belong to groups where you have a genuine relationship with the members

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the integrity voting or cheat-flagging system to harass or falsely accuse other players
• Enter false session data to manipulate standings
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Group subscriptions cover all members of that group. Individual subscriptions cover only the purchasing user.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Deleting a group cancels its active subscription. The group enters a 30-day recovery window.

Group Ownership

The group superadmin is responsible for the group's activity. Superadmin status transfers automatically after 90 days of inactivity or can be transferred manually. We are not responsible for disputes between group members.

Data & Content

You own the data you enter. By using All In, you grant us permission to store and display that data to your group members as part of the service.

Limitation of Liability

All In is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the app.
